A 447 vehicle parking garage and approximately 1.000 sqm of commercial space on the groundfloor complete the development. On the westside of the &Amsterdam development, the Hillside building houses 121 affordable apartments, studio’s and duplex apartments, which vary in
sizes from 31-81 sqm UFA. The Brightside building, oriented at the southwest and located at the friendly courtyard, houses 105 non-regulated two, three and four room apartments in a range from 56-96 sqm UFA and 285 sqm of commercial space. The luxurious Parkside building, with its characteristic tiered design and great view over the surroundings, contains 335 differentiated rental apartments and 714 sqm of commercial space on the east side of the development.
&Amsterdam is located directly next to Hondsrugpark at Hettenheuvelweg 12, 14 and 16. This will soon be the new lively city district of Amsterdam with 5,000 new homes.
