&Amsterdam will consist of residential towers with 560 various rental homes with an outlook over the city. Varying from studios and duplexes to two-, three- and four-room apartments with living space from 31 m2 up to 120 m2. The houses have a wonderful private outdoor space or shared courtyard. In addition, approx. 1,000 m2 of space will be available for small-scale shops, catering, office spaces or sports facilities. We expect to start construction of &Amsterdam in December 2021. &Green

The green heart of Amstel III
The Hondsrugweg, formerly a four-lane motorway, is being transformed into a green and lively city park of 700 meters in length. This central heart of Amstel III, designed by Felixx Landscape Architects, will provide space for rest and space, but also for sports and activity. The wide range of programming in and around the park edges offers space to a diversity of residents of Amstel III, but also to visitors from outside the area.

A park with different landscapes
The park is divided into different green landscapes with its own destination for each landscape. The landscape for sports and activity has large open grassy areas and shady trees. In addition to sports and other forms of play, the flexible space also offers opportunities for small-scale events. Users can completely relax in the natural landscape with its sloping ground levels. These slopings create small-scale, informal spaces. Attention is also paid to opportunities to meet people. Part of the plinth in buildings immediately adjacent to the park will be provided with facilities for the catering industry. Parts of the park can be used for terraces, which creates atmosphere and a relaxed atmosphere.
